The ground floor and the first floor are functional and aesthetically unified and each one is designed an an independent space .The first floor creates privacy with a unique view to the sea,to the port and to the lighthouse . The ground floor is exhilarated to the beach and to the passers-by with two parts of the public area, the living room inside and outside for seating and the bar for short-term visit and consumption. The decoration is complemented by the old-style wooden furnishings, the industrial lighting and the custom made decorative elements of a vintage butcher shop
